When you use OffloadHQ, contact us, or submit a form, we may collect information you provide such as your name, work email, company, website, role, GTM question, decision context, evidence links, and timing. We may also collect technical and attribution data such as page URL, referral source, UTM parameters, cookies, browser information, and form submission activity.

How we use information

We use information to respond to requests, deliver and improve services, manage leads and customers, operate our CRM, understand marketing performance, improve the website and intake experience, prevent abuse, and meet legal or operational requirements.

Service providers

We may use third-party providers to host the website, process forms, manage CRM records, support asynchronous client communication, store working files, and measure site performance. Current or planned providers may include Webflow, HubSpot, Carbon Voice, and analytics or automation services we enable. Their handling of information is governed by their own terms and privacy practices.

Decision Desk submissions

If you submit a Free GTM Decision, the information you provide may be stored in HubSpot and used to create or update contact, company, and deal records so we can review the request, respond, measure funnel performance, and determine whether another OffloadHQ service is relevant.

Carbon Voice and client communication

If you become a client and choose to use Carbon Voice or another communication platform, messages, voice recordings, transcripts, attachments, and related metadata may be processed by that provider as part of delivering the service.

Cookies and analytics

We may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functionality, attribution, analytics, and CRM tracking. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Some site features may work differently if cookies are blocked.

Sharing and sale of information
